Placer Breast Cancer Foundation works to raise funds to fight breast cancer as well as to promote education and outreach throughout the Placer and Sacramento County area. PBCF raises funds through individual donations, sponsored events, and fundraisers hosted by private organizations. On October 3, 2021 Placer Breast Cancer Foundation will be hosting their 5th Annual Placer Women’s Retreat with keynote speaker Chrysa Demos who will be presenting on Work-Life Harmony. Visit the Placer Breast Cancer Foundation website to learn how you can get involved.

“We firmly believe in giving back, to being a good neighbor, to assisting those in need in any way possible,” says Bridget Powers of JxB Properties. In addition to volunteer activities and donations, a portion of the profit from each JxB Properties project is reserved for a community organization, or in some special cases, a local family in need. Bridget and Jason of JxB Properties have used part of the proceeds from the Pleasant Street home remodel to make a donation to the Placer Breast Cancer Foundation.
